Greetings Everyone

We are very pleased to report that Friesens has successfully addressed the tactile concerns we brought to their attention just over a week ago. 

Friesens’ tests, received at our Salt Spring studio today, are 100% to our satisfaction. Their production team is brilliant and up for any challenge. Best news is that the solution to ensure our printed sheets are smooth, involves no manual attention and can be done in-line on the Heidelberg press just ahead of the aqueous coating unit. That is to say there is no additional production time required, once the set-up is in place. 

Having just spoken with Curwin Friesen, President and CEO of Friesens, and Doug Symington, General Manager Sales, all parties are set to continue with the coating of the sheets of LABYRINTH SUBLIME starting Thursday March 3rd. Rosemarie will be flying to Manitoba the day ahead to be present and give approval for each step in the production.
